Product traceability

One of the most important phases of our process is traceability control, through specific and individual control of each truck, which allows us to have product traceability from its entry through to its dispatch.

More than ten years ago we decided to allocate most of our resources to research and the application of new technologies, developing an innovative project for the treatment of aluminium offcuts, which allows us to guarantee the alloy and performance of our product.

Post-consumer aluminium

Infinitely recyclable

Aluminium is infinitely recyclable without loss of properties. ~75% of the aluminium produced is still in use. Recycling requires only ~5% of the energy compared to primary aluminium.

Minimal CO₂ emissions

Recycling drastically reduces emissions and energy use. Aircraft, cars, bicycles, packaging, cables, etc. are recycled. Depending on the destination (ingots, mouldings, bars…), it requires prior cleaning of lacquers/greases before remelting.

More than ten years optimizing a treatment process for aluminium offcuts that ensures alloy and performance, without melting on-site and with 0 external CO₂ emissions.

Processing capacity: 60.000 t/year. We operate from Meco (Madrid) with a focus on Spain and the EU.

We work with an approved supplier network and apply truck-by-truck controls to guarantee consistent quality.
